Registration - Subscription

The training sessions of all KICKS Academy age groups are held daily according to the annual schedule, under the guidance of qualified coaches, with the presence of a doctor and under conditions that ensure the complete safety of the athletes.

The Academy operates from September through June, and each respective month is considered potentially earned, carrying the obligation to pay the full monthly subscription fee.

In the event of an emergency or prolonged absence, notifying the Secretariat is mandatory.

The registration application must be completed and signed by both parents/guardians and delivered to the Secretariat at the first training session.

Payment of Subscription

The subscription is paid every two months, within the first 15 days of the first month, to one of the following bank accounts or at the Academy Secretariat:

The athlete's surname and department must be stated in the payment reference!

General Preventive Measures

KICKS Academy athletes are kindly requested to observe personal hygiene rules in all areas of the facility.

If an athlete develops symptoms of a respiratory infection, they are kindly requested to notify the Secretariat immediately.

Participation Terms

KICKS Academy reserves the right to change the training schedule without the prior approval of parents and only for reasons that facilitate the athletes.

KICKS Academy reserves the right to suspend each athlete's training plan if the required documents and medical examinations requested according to the age group are not submitted on time.

During training sessions, parents/guardians and accompanying persons are not allowed to remain inside the playing areas or changing rooms.

The participation of our athletes in paid matches and tournaments is exclusively at the discretion of the parents/guardians.
