Kicks Academy

Facilities

The facilities of KICKS Academy are located in the northern and western section of Athens LifeTech Park, in Spata, Attica.

Athletes will walk from the parking entrance (from the barrier) towards the pitch where they have training (on 1, 2 or 3).
Parents/guardians/accompanying persons may accompany them up to the external entrance of the pitch.

F1 - Football Pitch (11x11)

  • Dimensions 100x64 metres
  • Playing surface made of natural-hybrid turf, XtraGrass model by Greenfields, Netherlands (natural turf reinforced with woven synthetic fibres at a rate of 18%), with an automatic irrigation system.
  • Perimeter fencing with a total height of 5.50 m on the sides behind the goals and 1.00 m along the long sides.
  • Stands with a capacity of 500 seats

  • Dimensions 94x60 metres
  • Playing surface made of artificial synthetic turf consisting of the woven MX ELITE 40 NATURE PE 10 system by Greenfields, Netherlands, with an automatic watering system. The system contains infill materials made of quartz sand and cork, with no synthetics. Beneath the turf there is a foam shock-absorbing underlayer (shock pad) 10 mm thick.
    The system is fully certified according to FIFA QUALITY and FIFA QUALITY PRO.
  • Perimeter fencing with a total height of 5.50 m on the sides behind the goals and 1.00 m along the long sides.

Beneath the turf there is a foam shock-absorbing underlayer (shock pad) 10 mm thick.

Football Changing Rooms

  • The sports facilities include two sets of changing rooms for the teams and athletes who use the football pitches.
  • Each set consists of two areas with 26 lockers each, WC and showers.
  • One set is located in the Stands Building and serves the athletes who use the facilities.
